Chicken Stuffed With Cheese and Spinach Wrapped in Bacon
Scrumptious Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Cream Cheese are wrapped in bacon for extra delicious flavors! Make this perfect easy dish for your family and guests.
I am so happy that I discovered this easy recipe! It certainly has become a new family favorite. Anything with bacon makes the house smell divine, right?
Just mix the spinach, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, and chives together. Slice the chicken down the side, like you are butterflying it. Put 1/4 of the mixture in each piece of chicken. Finish with wrapping each breast in bacon, which is the best part!
Also, you must know it is very easy to prepare but looks like you slaved over a fancy looking dish. I got several "ooh's and ahh's". Think of making this the next time you are having dinner guests. 🙂
How Do You Make Stuffed Chicken Breasts?
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place each chicken breast on a flat surface. With your hand placed flat on each piece, cut about 3/4 quarter of the way through.(careful not to cut all the way through)
Blend spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, chives and garlic in medium bowl.
Spoon 1/4 of cheese mixture into the middle of the cut chicken breasts
Wrap each breast with 2 slices of bacon.
Arrange chicken breasts on baking sheet.
Then turn the temperature up to 400 degrees F (or on low broil) and cook for about 15 more minutes to get the bacon nice and crispy.
Cook for 30-40 minutes.
